I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Homeside Financial (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I had three different interviews. One with my soon to be Loan Officer, VP Sales Manager, and Branch Manager. The company was intrigued by my previous mortgage experience and my love for selling great products to customers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Homeside Financial (Durham, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was pretty normal with the exception of the length of time for the process. I thought it could have been a lot more less time and a lot more up front with the terms of the employment. I wish I had gotten in writing my compensation package in order to make it more up front with the terms.
