They received my resume through internal referral. After that, they called me to date a personal interview. The interview was face to face with one woman and was about my resume with easy questions. After the interview you do several tests including english, management skills, intelligence, ... In my opinion a very easy process, maybe because of the internal referral.

Very casual talk that took about an hour. Ask to tell them about myself. They were very nice and told me about the role and what to expect. I was assigned with their business partner.
