Interview
Interview process took 5 weeks.
After 6 Interviews I still could not tell who was supposed to make the decision of wether I get the offer or not.
First it was Interview with HR, Interview with Tech Leads, Interview with Team members, Interview with Head of Department, Interview with HR Director and another Director or CIO.
The interviews where mainly about personality and how I should fit in and there was emphasis on making my own brand and earning my "stripes". `in between interview they asked for 6 of my payslips and after 6 interviews I thought surely an offer is coming, only to be called by the hr lady to say they wont make an offer without any credible explanation.
