Interview
The first couple of rounds are online which does help bring the nerves down. Everyone is super friendly and during the interview it felt like we were just having a normal conversation. The key tip to passing the interview is 'Be Yourself', they will tell you this so listen to them.
The interview process involves answering questions via recorded video. You get two attempts and limited time to respond. They are the basic and typical questions you normally get in an interview.
I had an amazing experience doing the video interview. I loved that it gave you a chance when you wanted to record again and they didn’t ask technical or difficult questions
