It was quick and direct, without any trouble. It was very easy down, giving candidate any pressure or so on. One of the best I had in my professional career.

Question 1
Q: Question about my previous experience on field?
I interviewed at Jacobs (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
Fairly straightforward three step process. I had an initial screening call, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview. Each stage was structured and focused on understanding my experience, how I approach engineering problems, and how I work with cross functional teams.

Question 1
Tell me about a project you delivered under tight time and budget constraints, what did you do and what was the outcome?”
“How do you manage engineering change and keep stakeholders aligned when priorities shift?”
“Walk me through how you plan and execute a project from scope to handover.”
“Describe a time something went wrong on a project, what did you do, and what did you learn?”
Straight forward. Was head hunted for a role and interviewed. Interview was online. Quite good experience and reasonable length. Questions were related to my recent experience and team fit. I found it quite easy. There was a follow up phone call about 2 weeks after the interview.
