Took about 6 months and three interviews; the first was hirevue and very uncomfortable filming myself but used the STAR method to answer questions with a smile.. passed that invited to a one on one virtual interview.. passed that invited to a group interview and got a CJO a month later

Describe a time you had to work with a difficult coworker; how did you resolve any conflicts?
Did a VI Then the Blue review. The entire process during the blue review was pretty quick. Introducing the team, more information on the company, Q&A, Reach test, jumpseat test, you read a small PA announcement. Then 1 on 1 interviews. Overall process was very welcoming from start to finish. Everyone is very encouraging and wants to see succeed. Smile, smile and smile some more Be yourself and take your time answering questions. Interact with everyone you meet and get ready to work with some amazing people.
It is long wait from one step to the other. Applied on May and going for F2F July. So I am waiting to continue with the process. And will provide any uodate.
