2. Hiring manager interview. 45min. Need to prepare a 2-slide self-intro.
3. Panel interview with 4 directors, Need to prepare a 15-min presentation on one of the past projects.

Why would you determine to transfer from academia to industry?
It was a good interview for me. Most of the questions were aptitude. But I was tested for understanding the concept rather than the solutions. It was a very comfortable experience.
