There's 3 stages. First one is like a screening interview, a 15 minutes call where you mostly talk about your experience and get to know each other better. Second one is the "real" one to say so, is one hour - one hour and 30 minutes video interview with two of the trading higher ups, they ask some technical questions, some little tests, mainly about sports, odds and risks management. The 3rd one is with two people from the local office, one from hr and one from trading department.
