Interviewer was easygoing and engaging. Very friendly and encouraging, shared a lot about the work culture. Explained the organisation structure and the expectations. There was no follow up after the interview.

I’ve completed many interviews over my career this was up there for one of the worst experiences.
Internal recruiter needs training to improve interpersonal skills and not rely on AI to write ‘meant to be personalised emails’.
Booking system needs to be set up to book in time slots as the back and forth was a lot. Comms were a lot and then at times ghosted, seeking closure, ghosted.
Marketing lead was cold, short and disinterested.
