T he interview process lasted about month and a half and consisted of two steps. The first was a one-hour HR screening; although they promised an update by January 5th, I didn't hear back until January 12th. At that point, they invited me for an in-person interview with the Director of Marketing. I requested to meet the following week, which they accepted. After the interview, where the Director asked about my resume, I was told they would get back to me in a few days. I sent a thank-you email the next day, but it has been three weeks without a response—not even a rejection email! Not professional!
