Began with an email from the recruiter with a pre-interview questionnaire. About two weeks later, I received an email from the scheduling bot to schedule a Teams interview. The interview was with the hiring manager, and was very casual, no behavioral questions and hardly any technical questions, mainly just talking about resume and interests. Finally, I received the offer one month after the interview.
Well organized and thoughtful interview. I prepared using the provided interview guide but should have spent more time preparing answers for how my former experience aligned with the job posting. Managers were not overly friendly, however, I could tell the team was not the correct fit for my personality.
STAR questions and super nice interviewer. They asked me about my biggest mistake, experience working with a team, and biggest challenges. Then we walked through my experience pertaining the position.

A single person or a panel of a few interviewers usually ask you behavioral questions. Largely concerned with the manner in which employee would fit in to workplace environment. Ask about your resume experiences and focus on employees that demonstrate a positive attitude and great work mindset.
