Phone interview with HR about previous experience, why do I want to leave my current job etc. followed next week by a zoom interview with engineering department about previous experience, skills and some specifics. It was not in the form of a technical exam but some theory was involved. Manufacturing and interaction with customers was also asked. Smooth process, everyone was so nice.
