Very easy interview process that went smooth, HR did a great job. One guy did rub me the wrong way, I graduated a few years ago from a top tier school and while he was asking about my education he had the nerve to say something very condescending about me not having a graduate degree. I was really shocked first because he graduated 20 years before me and doesnt have one, and secondly I have never had someone say that to me, and I have interviewed at places much more reputable than McAfee. His comment really turned me off from the company, and while I liked the hiring manager a lot I decided this wasnt the right place for me.
Withdrew my application and found another opportunity. The interview process is a two way street, dont just assume that you can speak to someone any which way you please, especially when there are other major companies with better prestige vying for the same talent. A little bit of courtsey goes a long way and the interviewer showed none

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McAfee (Plano, TX)
Interview
First I had a phone call asking if I was interested. Had a peer to peer discussion about culture, company values and opportunities. Next I met with the Hiring Director and Vice President of the segment and then had formal interviews with multiple Vice Presidents.
