Interview
I was contacted by the HR a day after I submitted my resume online. The process moved very fast even during holiday season. I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone and went in for an in person interview with four different interviewers two weeks later. I was extended the offer after a final phone call with the hiring manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MediaMath (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had a great experience interviewing with MediaMath. I was first contacted by a recruiter and had a phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. The final round was an in-person interview at their headquarters at 4 WTC. The on-site interview consisted of 5 interviews with members of the team (a mix of product managers and engineering). Afterward, had a 10-minute wrap-up chat with the recruiter, followed by a tour of the office, which spans two floors. The final stop was their well stocked kitchen, where I was offered a snack and a drink for the trip back. All of the people I spoke with in the interview process were awesome and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in my experiences and what I was looking for in my next role. I was asked both challenging questions as well as questions for them to get to know me better. This was definitely one of the best interview experiences I've had.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MediaMath (Cambridge, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was referred by my friend who works at Mediamath for a Product Manager position. Had a phone conversation with recruiter who explained the role and another phone interview with hiring manager. The phone interview had questions that evaluated my skill set and cultural fit. I'd an onsite interview where I spoke to 3 Product Managers and an Engineering manager. There were a lot of questions trying to gauge the work I was doing at my current employer and if I'd be a success in the role that I was applying for.
However, due to some unfortunate circumstances the joining date had to be pushed back. Everyone seemed smart and friendly and they are doing some great work
