I've received a call the other day. The communication didn't go smoothly. I'd like to leave this for the company to improve the hiring process. I think it would be better if companies could send a reminder or book a meeting in google calendar. I don't know if I was supposed to get an event in calendar.
Someone called Vicky called me and honestly I have forgot I have a call. I think the person was using the headsets and the quality wasn't great. I have mentioned that I don't hear well. It wasn't comfortable and I felt more stress this way.
I had similar process at Netfiix and i can compare at least this initial stage.
