For an entry level sales role, this process is beyond excessive. There is a phone screening, two assessments, a 30 min interview, an email mock and an hour interview, and then another 30 min interview, and then a prep interview, and then a final mock call and technical interview. For an entry level sales role which requires you to cold call and cold email. I can't justify anyone to go through this process that takes hours and then not get an offer. Any other adr/sdr/bdr interview process is no where near this long and drawn out for 0 reason.

Asked general sales question related to enterprise SaaS sales. The recruiter was curt, inquisitive, and asked targeted questions about sales experience. Another recruiter also reached out on LinkedIn before following up with an email.

Question 1
- If someone were to ask you to describe what MongoDB is, how would you describe it?
- What qualities are you looking for the next company you apply for?
I had an unpleasant experience during the HR round. The interviewer didn’t have her camera on and expected me to keep mine on the entire time. There were loud noises in the background that distracted me. Her tone throughout the interview was giving no energy, honestly seemed as though she had already made up her mind before the interview even began.
