The woman that was interviewing me seemed to be new to her role. Regardless of that, and not sure if it was related to her personality, I perceived her as rude, and completely disengaged. It seems that they already knew who was going to have that job, but were interviewing people out of courtesy, or to report to HR that many people had the opportunity. Everything started in the wrong way, she actually changed my interview three times with no time in advance to plan, the last time she cancelled the interview just one hour before the meeting, and I had asked for the day off my job to be at that interview (this lack of planning was showing no respect to my time or my effort). The company does not follow up with the candidates. There is no feedback mechanism. So I have no idea why I didn't get the job, what was missing.
