Simple 15 min interview. Typical self introduction, your projects, and the technologies you know. Need to drill down into technical implementation. Need to show a comparison of approaches and your decision.

Tell me about a project you did in your most recent role.
Interview process was streamlined and very reasonable. It was a couple rounds of technicals, software then brain teasers, but nothing outlandish.
The people themselves were very pleasant which was a refreshing surprise from a corporate environment.
The overall interview process was medium to high in difficulty.
It included one telephonic discussion and 2–3 technical rounds. The core of the process was the first and second technical interviews, where the interviewer mainly focused on system design and algorithms. Then came some Java fundamentals, with emphasis on concurrency and optimization.
