Both people I spoke with were very pleasant. Standard intro call and follow up more specific to experiences and to determine role fit. My only advice - very much understand not getting back to everyone who has applied but if it's after two rounds of interviews and the second interview ended with no update as to the next steps, and the candidate has to email to ask, and if you've specifically told them you'll get back to them by the end of the week...it reflects badly on the company if there is no follow through. Aside from that, the reviews here on Glassdoor are interesting and might make candidates a little nervous about the work environment.
