I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OneSupport (San Marcos, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very basic stuff. Answered some preliminary questions and then took a skills test that tested my typing skills as well as my ability to answer 70% of the questions correctly in 20 minutes. Then after I passed both tests, I scheduled an interview.
The interview was done via Skype, using a preset username. I talked to a young guy for about fifteen minutes about my previous employer, why I was so willing to leave them, and what I thought I could do for teleNetwork. I personally thought I bombed the interview, but twenty minutes later they called back and offered me a job-- so don't stress!!
