I spoke with a hiring manager over Skype for about 45 minutes and answered questions that ended up never even pertaining to my job. They want to make it seem like you are going to be working in a real IT atmosphere with multiple unique problems everyday. The fact is, your "scope of support" as they call it, is extremely limited and you are basically a script reader.
