I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
Had to submit an unlisted Youtube video describing a project built in Foundry. Afterwards invited to an online assessment consisting of Basic SQL, an API question, and a leetcode style DSA question. Afterwards, invited to a screening call, followed by a decomp interview.
30 minutes with HR for a phone screen followed by a 45 minute non technical decomposition round. Did not ask me to code but the interviewer gave me tables of data to decipher and pull insights from as we worked through the problem together.
First 30 minutes with hiring staff, not technical. Purely a getting to know you conversation. Asked about salary, prior experiences, and types of roles you’re interested in. She asked a bit about my current role and asked why I wanted to transition industries.
