I applied in-person. I interviewed at Passages Malibu (Malibu, CA)
Interview
sat down with owner, hired me on the spot, never got a chance to negotiate my compensation, took months before they got their act together to hire me and sign a contract that omitted billable hours for writing notes and trainings. I found out later I was the only therapist that didn't get to bill for my hours. They refused to change it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Passages Malibu (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
After being referred by a friend (another employee) and reaching out by email to administration, I was called in to meet with the site director. She was personable and warm and explained in detail the hiring process and job description/responsibilities. She followed up with me, as stated during interview, within a week of meeting and set up the follow up interview with the CEO. He met me the following week, accommodating my schedule, and was casual and approachable.
