Their processes are long, but what really bothers me is that they come to the meeting too late and their system is wrong. I received an e-mail that you passed first process, but then I received an e-mail from a different e-mail address that I could not pass the process. Then they said it was a mistake. We had the interviewing, but it was bad both for me and for them.

Applied on company website, took cognitive test, invited to onsite interview. Some optional coding challenges were sent, I completed a couple. Talked to HR, then two engineers, then was made an offer on the spot.
