Friendly environment, casual conversation with a hiring manager. Questions focus on work situations, your past achievements, and attempt to gauge your potential success in the workplace. Process began with a phone screening and was completed in office interview. HR staff were helpful throughout, and provided feedback upon request. It was a respectful interview process all the way.
