I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RoviSys (Aurora, OH) in Sep 2025
Interview
First interview was a phone call and then a panel interview 2 weeks later for about 2 hrs. Very friendly and personal. Technical and behavioral questions. Got an offer but travel was upped to 50% and it wasn’t clear on how much would be local vs domestic. Travel expenses is reimbursed. I didn’t like the upfront expense of travel especially at 50% with low offer. I was ghosted while attempting to negotiate. I was extremely cautious and it was to no avail.
