Sanimax uses headhunters to fill their management roles even though they have an HR representative on each of their sites. First was phone interview with headhunter, then on site HR representative. Next was face to face interview on site with HR representative, Plant manager, and controller. Finally was interview with SVP. During the on site face to face interview I was asked to drive out of state for with no offer of compensation or travel arrangements. The headhunter did a great job of keeping me appraised throughout the process. After stringing me along for 3 months, they finally notified me that I was not selected for the position. They talked about their culture and how they treated their employees, but I believe this was a facade.
