Interview

3 stages of interview: 1) Talk with HR to manage expectations 2) Technical interview with someone from team + dev manager 3) Talk with your colleagues/managers abroad if any. Then they call you and make you an offer. I’d propose to tell you salary expectation to the HR first and don’t suggest lowest, aim higher.

Question 1

Technical interview is relatively easy, they ask you about work and fix of simply python function, ask to read through ABAP code, ask about some of sql and sorting algorithms. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Online assessment consisted of two medium-level dsa questions. Both were based on dynamic programming. For the first technical round, I was asked oops and dbms concepts plus system design questions.
