Fast and Professional, the process was over in 4 weeks and the recruiter was higly supportive. Two online interviews followed by an in person interview and a final stage interview with one of the partners.

Three employees in the interview. Asked some hypothetical scenarios and how I would handle them. Asked a couple of tech related questions, nothing with the intent of catching me out, just finding out my experiences. Interview lasted 45 minutes.
