Interview
The first online interview was very relaxed and not too challenging. The early careers member was very welcoming and cheerful, makinf the overall process much more enjoyable. The process went straight from assessments to an online face to face interview which is amazing especially given the amount of AI interviews.

What attracts you to working in a role that is in such a specialist sector?
First stage interview was pretty straightforward, questions as outlined by the firm in their preparation document and then a chance to ask questions yourself. Passed this and was then invited to their final round which is a case study and interview.

The interview was 1-to-1 online, and lasted for about 40 mins.
I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable, with questions about motivations about the role and company, and various strengths based questions too.
