Phone interview, followed by an onsite interview. The Recruiter prepared me very well, talked in detail before the interview to discuss culture, environment, skills needed etc. Also provided a very detailed email to help me prepare that even included the interviewers LinkedIn profiles as well as a map of the location and parking info. Very thorough throughout and followed up quickly after the interview to discuss the interview and actually cared if I wanted the position!
