Contacted by assistant recruiter/coordinator. Once I expressed interest, she forwarded my resume on to a recruiter. I had a phone screen with the recruiter who, in turn, forwarded my resume on to prospective managers in different groups (Distributed Gen and Utility-scale). The on-site and phone screen interviews were all relatively informal and the interviewers were all friendly. I would say that all they really care about is whether you have prior relevant experience. The on-site interviews were 1:1 with a hiring manager and then a senior staff member. I was asked to go back for a second on-site with the department director. The recruiter kept me apprised of next steps the whole time.
