Looking for a unicorn. Told it was a specific stack and tested on different stack. Panel interview and some people were sighing. Not a good experience. Recruiters need to align more with the leads on the team.

Went through HR video interview that was essentially a screening to ask how many years of experience I had with each bullet point listed on the job description. From there, this information was taken to the hiring manager.
