First round was a hiring manager interview that was a mix of behaviourals and questions on how I would tackle certain problems
Second round was a series of 3 interviews with cross functional stakeholders each focusing on a topic (e.g. problem solving, stakeholder management/ collaboration)
Third round was a take home case study presented to the Head of Growth

HR call, then hiring manager zoom interview, then case study presentation interview with a panel. Very positive experience. All very friendly, and case interview was collaborative and felt like a joint exploration.
