Concerns and Feedback for the recruiter:
1. In the second round of interview, the recuriter told me that Hiring Manager is very much interested in finalizing my candidature and had asked couple of questions on my willingness to join org at the earliest, notice period etc.
2. He ghosted me after third round of interview and never made any efforts to call back and share updates with the candidate who has given all 3 rounds of interview.
3. After 2 days of third round of interview, when I called him, he said and I quote "I was about to call you, you have been selected and a preferred candidate for this position, however, req is under review for approval and HM is trying to get it approved asap. I will call you next wednesday with more updates".
4. Week passed and he never called back. On Friday, I again called him and he said the same dialogue and told me that he will update me on Tuesday.
5. Ultimately, today after 3 weeks of giving candidate a hope and false commitment, I suddenly received a rejection email and a survey.
Final verdict: My experience with the recruiter during entire interview process was horrible, mentally draining, exhausting, lack of transparency, specially giving the hope and commitment of "preferred candidate" but never giving feedback for rejection.
Uipath must be careful with such recruiters who ultimately put company's brand on the line. Please train your recruiters and teach them about generic terms like - Ethics, Trust, False Hope and Commitment.
Thank you.
Interview process is made of 3 steps, job related, community and overall knowledge but the most important one is the one from the knowledge as it tests out if you know the business language as well as the business requirements and ways of interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UiPath (Bengaluru) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process went extremely smooth. 3 technical and 1 HR interview round.
The questions were more focused on the cultural fit and behavioral competencies were put more into test. The interview was more interactive and more emphasis given on the skills acquired, aptitude to learn something new and the ability to conceptually explain things
