I give my Cv to a supervisor during a job show and a few days after I receive a call asking me if it's possible to pass the technical exams+interviews and have a tour visit to the videotron call center in Montreal.
I have the interview with a supervisor and the questions were about my previews customer service experience and my technical knowledge. After that I pass an exam, about 20 questions about internet connections/email/servers configurartion.
3 days after, I receive a call informing me that I was accepted and proposing me the starring date of the initial training.
