I was interviewed by three providers from the clinic. I toured the facility, and then had a discussion regarding requirements of the position, the hours they were looking for, and then the case studies that they would have you respond to. There was an opportunity for me to ask questions, as well.

Interview
After submitting my resume and required documents through the online website (the only way to apply for a job at VDH), I was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. My interview consisted of a 3 person panel (health director, senior nurse practitioner, nurse manager) and I was given a list of mandated questions about 10 minutes prior to my interview. After completion of the interview I was notified in 8 days that I was hired.
