Interview
I applied online and was contacted for an interview about 4 weeks later. The process was straightforward, with a panel interview conducted at the district office. They give you a handout that is 2 pages front and back. The handout includes the questions that the interviewer will ask you. Some of the questions were general, like about your background and/or experience. Most of them were very specific to the role. The questions basically asked you if you knew or had experience pertaining to the listed duties for the job. I got tested on my knowledge of septic systems and water quality issues.
