I applied on their website and two days later I had an email to interview with a recruiter. Interview was easy a good amount of questions but if you’re polite and show empathy you’ll be fine. Next I was called back for another interview with talent acquisition this one was even more straightforward and easy. Then I was invited to Voorhees for another interview where I was interviewed by a lead (also another girl was being interviewed by the hr boss for the same position). The lead was extremely nice and welcoming which made it easy to answer the questions. I left and they emailed me two assessments. One is a data entry one to see how accurately you can type patients info, the other is a general knowledge of computers, which was literally just minimize the screen, exit out of a page, and click on a tab. Very very easy. After I completed those, I had to wait to hear back when I did hear back. I did he paperwork and then they emailed to fill out a background screening and then after that we had to pass a physical and drug test. I passed both and was emailed my date to start along with my schedule for the month and next month.
