Interview
The Interview was very easy, I had the first Interview with the Recruiter and after a couple of days a second Interview with three more people attending. If you have the knowledge for the role you are interviewing it is very easy. I had no issues with it.
Phone call and then 3 on 1 sit down on site. Sat with group for about 30 minutes. Fairly easy and casual conversation with different department heads. All around very casual
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wachter (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview itself started off great but the interviewer was very hard to read. He mentioned at the end he’s recommending me to move forward but that is when the ghosting started. Not even the automated rejection.
