I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Ravenna, OH) in Oct 2011
Interview
They called me asking me when I could come in for an interview and I came in and they asked me a bunch of work related situations and what I would do (very much like the questions on the online application) and why I think I would be a good fit at Walmart. Then they told me my tasks and if I could do them. After that there was a panel Interview were I was asked the same questions. after all that I was asked to have a background check and drug test to be performed.

it was a good interview they asked difficult questions and were quite engaging overall i would recommend it, I thought the hours would be more but they were up front about it
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
It was okay, but kind of too personal for me. I wish it would have been a shorter interview. I would have loved to have received a call back from them.
