Interview
The process is very simple and crystal clear.
1. Session with the HR Head : Deep Diving discussions on the accomplishments, Working style, strengths & weaknesses, career aspirations, clarity of thought process, ability to take responsibility, Hands on in metrics, attitude, honesty, humility and culture fitness.
2. Session with Co-Founder: Deep diving discussions on Culture fitness, value additions, career aspirations, behaviour and mentality.

Interview
1. I did not realise how good and thought-provoking interviews can be until I interviewed at Whatfix. After interviewing at various companies for over 3 months, I was used to being questioned and doubted at everything I said. That changed entirely, when I spoke to Victor, the Talent Evangelist at Whatfix. To me, our conversation felt more like brainstorming of ideas and concepts than the traditional interview. I drew inspiration from his passion to work!
2. Right from the first call from Whatfix, to the level of responsiveness to emails, the approachability, and finally meeting the team at the location, it was all a smooth process. The team makes you feel comfortable, instantly.
3. Not a lot of people make you think hard when you talk to them. Khadim is one such person. My final round of interview was with Khadim, the Co-founder and CEO of the company. My conversation with him was really interesting where I got to learn a lot from a person who is approachable, who is at the top of his game, and who makes you think and learn at the same time.
All in all, this is a dynamic team that is doing some great work. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of Whatfix.

Interview
Reached out to Talent Evangelist, Victor directly through LinkedIn.Process took a week. Discussion with Victor forwarded by discussion with Founder.
Initially Victor gave me a sourcing exercise which is followed by questions.
He has in depth knowledge in every area of HR.
He has questions for every answer you give and solutions for every question you ask.
One of those interviews you should attend at least for interview experience.
It is more like a brainstorming and less of an interview
I enjoyed the interview process through out.
Second round of interview is with the founder.
Another interesting round which makes you think beyond walls. He is very approachable and I learned a lot of thing from him too.
Overall the interview process went smooth and I had a great experience.
