Interview
The whole process is very charming. After an initial meeting where the role is explained, you receive a test with some personal questions and some questions regarding how you would write to a customer with a certain issue. After that, I met the very lovely Customer Service Manager. The talk was very personal, fun, professional and an all around energizing. After this, only a meeting with HR is to be done - and if you performed well you will receive an offer. The question below regarding the interview difficulty is strange - the interview felt not very difficult, but needs certain skills and a general very high service mindset. If you don't have this, you might find it difficult, if you dont - its easier. Everybody in the process was awesome! I can't highlight enough what great persons work at elopage. Everybody was very transparent, fair and communicated on a very positive personal level. I liked it a lot! One of the best processes I have seen so far!

It was mostly personal questions. Obviously you also should be able to use support channels to gather information. Make sure to know where the support center is, how to find answers there, and maybe take a look at youtube as well.
