There was no java requirement in the job description. It did not even say 'being familiar with java' on the job description. She asked about my experience with java and I told her, then asked me salary expectations. At the end of the interview, the recruiter told me that 'we need 4 years of java experience!', then I could not pass hr interview. Advice: Be careful, don't waste your time. Firstly ask the requirements that are not written.
