"When hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, employers will look for candidates who exemplify behavior analysis skills and who have received certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) through obtaining a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and fulfilled the work experience requirements. In a BCBA interview, expect to be asked situational questions that will test your ability to analyze the behaviors of clients with autism and other behavioral disabilities. You may be asked to provide external influences that may be responsible for their behaviors."
