What is one difficult situation that you experienced with a parent, and how did you solve it.
How many years of experience do you have?
Are you currently interviewing with other agencies.
Basic interview questions, they also made me do these very idiotic sample case review questions via Skype with some guy in HR. For example "If you had X type of client what kind of treatment plan would you develop". The guy came across wooden and fake, like he was reading a script.
Ethical situations that BCBAs might encounter.
Paraphrasing: 1.) Experience with assessments (FBA) 2.) Experience with various populations 3.) Experience with a multi-faceted model (clinical psychology and ABA, etc.) 4.) Experience supervising RBTs, etc. 5.) Experience of collaboration with other professionals 6.) Quizzed on various likely scenarios.
The most challenging part at work
They asked me a lot about clinical experience and teamwork. The practice is lovely but I s add m accustomed to being a lone wolf BCBA and not the level of collaboration needed for this position. Programming for clients on a drop down list based on common assessments isn’t my cup of tea.
