Second round was some basic Technical and Behavioral questions (How do you work under pressure)
Showed some code and asked what was wrong with it. They did provide guidance on what they were looking for.
Questions consist of scenarios and technology specific subjects.
1. Namespace related ~ 2 questions 2 Array related. ~ 8-10 questions 3 Virtual function ~ 1 question 4. Programs which will compile or not kind of questions NO STL, SmartPtr, Multithreading, Inheritance, copy/assignment operations, Virtual concepts, Casting, operator over loading, etc oops concets
Can you talk to 60 people a day?
This was one of the better interviews because most of the question did not follow a stale printed piece of paper with canned questions. Most of the questions were based off of the information in the resume and what one experienced. That is not to say that other people did not use an outline or some standard questions as I am sure that they mixed in based on ones experience. There may have been one question that was of concern to the manager, is one willing to do technical support in the position?

It was a face2face 1:1 interview, the Interviewer asked me questions for around 3 minutes, later asked if I knew SQL. I told him that I am aware but not in deep as SAP Business Objects administrator and platform support does not require much SQL. He told that he cannot proceed with the interview as SQL was their basic requirement and I was asked to leave.
Explain it how to tune the BO reports if it's taking longer time to execute than expected?
