As well as the usual questions about my experience supervising others, etc, the interviewer asked about my history with canvassing and activism, and what types of organizations and issues I had been involved with in the past.

They give you a scenario where you have the choices of shutting down a coal mine where all employees there would become jobless but you'd be saving the environment, you could shut down half of the coal mine where only half of the employees would be jobless and you'd partially save the environment, or keep the entire mine running where all the employees would keep their jobs but you'd do nothing to save the environment.
