Asked me to describe every job I've ever had in detail, starting with the earliest one.
They seemed transparently to be fishing for knowledge about what an implementation specialist does and how somebody in this role can contribute. This felt less like an interview and more like an attempt to use my experience as a way to figure out their own business.
They had me role play a conversation with one of them as a client.
