The first question was very strange. How to you feel about sarcasm?
Describe a project you lead that was successful.
Describe experience leading functional IT teams. Have you led projects setting DR capability? Have you managed third party vendors negotiating contracts, SLAs, and generated cost savings? Share example of large size project dealing with challenges, how did you deal with the challenges? How do you deal with team dynamics and share examples of dealing with difficult people. Have you taken disciplinary actions including terminating employee.
How would you handle difficult managerial situations?
How do you think this position fits in with your career plans?
Standard asking about experience. Peer interview was mostly about himself and he liked to talk a lot about what he's done.

Phone screen was basic. Just a review of background and experience.
